Will I need to pay a deposit at the time of order?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not require payment until the shed installation is complete and you are happy. At that time, we will gladly accept cash, cheque, Visa*/Mastercard* or E-Transfer. (*Credit Card purchases are subject to a 3.75% charge)

Question 2

I only have a small gate into my backyard, how will you get the shed back there?

Accepted Answer

All of our sheds are pre-built in our workshop and delivered in small pieces. This means that we can carry our sheds into any backyard, as long as your gate or access area is wide enough to walk through. Inform of us your space upon ordering.

Question 3

Can I customize my shed?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! All of our sheds are 100% customized and built to order. If you don’t want windows, flower boxes, or flooring, you do not have to have them and this will be reflected in a reduced price. On the flip side, you are also free to add windows, doors, ramps, and/or porches to the base design at an additional cost. You dream it, we build it.

What time of year is best to buy a shed?

Accepted Answer

Anytime! We build all sheds at our shop and provide year-round delivery and installation. We do often have a waiting list during the summer months, so book your spot early if you’d like to enjoy your shed over the spring and summer.

Do your sheds come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All of our products come with a 10-year product guarantee.
